Burt’s Body Shop in Plymouth, IN is a full-service auto body and automotive window repair shop. From antique cars to the most modern vehicles, we have the skills, experience, and knowledge to address every level of auto body repair. Our facility is equipped with everything needed to get your car looking and driving like new after it has been damaged. We have eight workstations in the main garage, two in the paint booth and one for car clean up after the repairs are completed. To further safeguard your car’s exterior when receiving paintwork, we have a downdraft workstation and a large air makeup unit for our paint booth that supplies drier, cleaner air.
As a 3M rated Top Shop, we have several repair technicians that have, and maintain, their I-CAR and PPG certifications keeping up on all current collision repair and auto body painting technology and industry proficiency. Part Replacement
We will go to great lengths to find the best parts for your car, when in need of a total replacement. We source from the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer), aftermarket parts and/or used parts depending on their scarcity and your budget.
Windshield Repair & Replacement
As the only place in town that does this stone chip repair, as long as it falls within the guidelines to do so, we can repair your windshield instead of fully replacing it. This is a much more cost-effective way to handle small windshield chips. Should the entire windshield require replacement, we are fully capable of this as well.
Automotive Glass Replacement
Apart from windshield repair, we provide full-service automotive glass replacement including door and back glass
Auto Body Painting
Using computerized paint mixing and PPG paints, we have the ability to provide the correct color match, and finish, to make your car look as good as new.
Computerized Paint Mixing
With our PPG paint technology and expertise, we match the right paint to your vehicle via the specific paint code to your vehicle. We have paint chips to match color for any variations that there may be so your car never looks accidentally polka dotted.
Computerized Frame Straightening
Utilizing our on-site technology, we are able to get the frame of your car back within factory specifications after an accident. This helps avoid any festering issues with alignment that can cause costly adjustments or repairs down the line.
Computerized Estimating
We use CCC One software, so all estimates are done by the VIN (vehicle identification number) that is specific to your vehicle’s parts and options.
Hydraulic Vehicle Lift
We are able to lift vehicles to inspect the undercarriage and provide light mechanical work that might be associated with an accident.
